If you would like to return your order, please email us at info@thirdchapter.ie within 14 days of purchasing. Please note there are no exchange on earrings for hygiene purposes. Please make sure to include all the information requested on the email, such as the order number and the reason for the return. If you have any questions about the return process, please contact our customer service team for assistance. We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, but if you are not, we are here to help.
For all international orders, please note that the consumer is responsible for any tax and duty fees on orders required to go through customs. We are unable to pre-calculate this fee for you as the cost is determined by each country’s customs.

As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a track & trace code by mail. This way you can track your order.
Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours before the track & trace is available. Can't track your package after 48h? Please send us an email and we will contact the shipping company.
It is our goal to ship all orders within 24 hrs of purchase.* However because some of our jewellery is handmade in house, please allow an additional 2 days to be made. All orders placed after 11 am on Friday are not guaranteed to ship until the following Monday.

Returns & Modifications
Yes, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is in its original packaging and condition. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping fees. Earrings, gift cards, vouchers, and sale items are non-returnable unless faulty.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility for both domestic and international returns. We recommend using tracked shipping to ensure safe delivery, as we can only guarantee receipt of registered returns
Faulty items can be returned within 30 days. Please contact us immediately for assistance.
Yes, all returns must include the original packaging. Failure to do so will result in a €6 charge.

Yes, pre-orders are available for most out-of-stock items. An estimated delivery timeline will be provided at checkout.
Yes, we can ship available items immediately and follow up with pre-ordered items for an additional €6. Alternatively, we can wait and ship all items together once your pre-order is ready.

Keep it Dry: Always remove your jewelry before swimming, showering, or engaging in heavy exercise. Exposure to water, chemicals, or sweat can damage the finish over time.
Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Perfumes, lotions, cleaning agents, and hair products can tarnish or dull your jewelry. Apply these before putting on your pieces.
Polish Regularly: Use a soft, non-abrasive cloth to gently clean your jewelry and restore its shine.

Our jewellery is water-resistant but not waterproof. Prolonged exposure to water—especially saltwater or chlorinated water—can compromise the quality and finish. We recommend removing your pieces before swimming, bathing, or handwashing to maintain their longevity.
Gold Plating: Our gold-plated jewelry is crafted with a layer of high-quality gold over a sterling silver or brass base.
